Cant find Graphic drivers

Just got my self a "fujitsu Siemens scenic s 2, i845G. With a D1382 mother board. The ting is, this has interigrated graphic card. And when i try to find em on the driverpages, they are not there. Anyone know any software maby, who can identify the graphic card?

This driver is 2 years old, so there must be a newer one somewhere. But it should work.
