[T-BIRD] USB on M5ATA Motherboard

Postby fujitsu007 » Fri Dec 07, 2007 17:22

I have M5ATA motherboard with Windows 98SE operating system, I plugged in two USB ports as soon as I plugged the thumb drive it flashes once and then nothing.
Does anyone know how I can get it to work?

Thanks

Win 98 doesn't automatically see the usb drive, unlike xp. You need to go to the usb drive manufacturers website & install the win 98 drivers first.
Use anti virus, backup your data, use google.
POST BACK EVEN IF THE HELP DOESN'T HELP.

A Thank You would be nice if I have helped.

We have tried installing the drivers for the devices we are plugging in but it still does not work. We also tried installing driver for the usb drive as well as updating the software for the biostar motherboard.

Many Thanks
