Siemens D1325 1gbram not starting

hi i buyed today 1gb sdram pc133 128x72 when i insert it in my comp wont start blackscreen
i'm using mainboard D1325 can i fix this by updating mainboard bios?
or does anny one have a list wat type of sdram my mainboard supports?
i'm using kingstone normal but i buyed 1gb sdram pc133 128x72 simpletech
for 60 euro trying to sell it again

1gb sdram 256,256,512 175mhz memory (pc133oc)
Videocard Sapphire X1950pro 512mb
2000mhz cpu oc at 2600mhz
windows xp service pack 2
300gb harddisk space

will take you to your mobo manual (will need adobe reader for pdf)

It says you need 3.3v unbuffered PC133. buffered is not suported. If you have bought buffered memory then you have bought the wrong type. Make sure the memory is sitting in the slot fully down, with the clips in the notches fully. Don't touch the memory without grounding yourself first, as static can kill memory. Use a antistatic wrist band, or just touch metal first. If you have a dead module, then go to crucial.com Use the memory advisor or use the computer scan, to find the right memory for you... 8)

ah yea i forgot to sheck manual btw wat is the differends btw buffered and unbuffered?
