What models used the MS-7125 motherboard?

Postby bizzybody » Mon Nov 13, 2006 7:03

I have a Fujistu-Siemens OEM version of the MSI MS-7125 motherboard. I can't find anything about this board on the FS website because I don't know any of the models of FS computers it was used in.

The board is NOT listed in the motherboard index, which looks to be quite out of date.

Or was this a board FS had a large quantity made but then never used and dumped on the surplus market?

Hi bizzybody!
I'm new here and I'm happy to help you :)

I have a Fujitsu-Siemens Scaleo Ta A64 X2 380 that I bought last May/June, so it's just six months old.
It has a MSI MS-7125 (or MSI K8N Neo4) board based on nVidia nForce4 Ultra chipset.
It has the AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 3800+ processor.

You can learn more about the board and download the manual (in .pdf file format) here:
http://www.msi.com.tw/program/products/ ... hp?UID=651

The first 54 pages of the MSI manual and my Fujitsu-Siemens mobo manual are identical (the last page is 3-23).

Hope this helps.

I installed MSI's live update program and it downloaded and installed the BIOS for the MS-7125 FI. That un-hid all the stuff the Fujitsu BIOS has blocked off.
