Please Help !! BIOS update on an old Fujitsu PC

Hi

I have a very old Pc (1999) pentuim iii (mother board -fujistu) which is working fine today I installed win xp and it got 256 ram but i wanted to upgrade its Bios as its old 1999.

This PC is just for my lil kid so he gets feel as how to use computer.

I hav attached screen shots of CPU and Motherboard details.

I cant see my serial ID as its all gone.

Can ne 1 please help me in getting the upgraded bios files as where i can get it and how i can install it.

This might be it.

Could be an old D1107-B perhaps? Try this:

Enter "D1107" and you should be able to get a Bios for it. Sadly I can't link directly to the file. If it isn't the correct one your Pc will refuse to flash the bios with it.
