BIOS Updating Issues

I try to run the FLASH BIOS UPDATE (Boot Disk) for Bios - D1627-Axx - D1627 which is my motherboard version but when I boot from the floppy they complain about a file missing, D1627_01.OCF. The floppy has the file D1627_00.OCF though.
I cannot find any particular driver for 01.

Can someone help me find the right BIOS update to download please?

Please verify that you really have the A-variant of the D1627. Otherwise the Update won't work. There's also a C- and a G-variant.

Besides, it's always the best if you post the serialnumber of your PC.

I would handle the serial number of my PC carefully and wouldn't post it in any forum

The file D1627_01.OCF is part of the BIOS version for the G-variant, so you seem to have the D1627-Gxx.
Please use the following BIOS:

It doesnt say either A, C or G. It just says version: 4.06 Rev. 1.04.1627.01

I searched by comp serial number in the drivers search and got no bios results. When I searched manually on 1627 I found several newer versions than that though.
