Easy Launch keys problem

I have a problem. I cannot use the e
Easy Launch Keys (e.g Wireless Lan) exept "On-Off".
It is possible to lock them with any keys combination or it's a hardver problem?
Type of my notebook is Amilo 1650G

You must to install the aplication from the driver CD. after that you must to run the application...
