It appears Fujitsu-Siemens think we (customers) are stupid... Buying a notebook for gaming & multimedia, but instead of entertainment we get a lagging bug AND no support!
However, if we take things legal we're totally in our rights. Fujitsu-Siemens didn't deliver the notebook as they described on their website! This gives us the change to take things serious and go to court.
For people who’re interested in starting up a kind of “association” of duped customers, please post a reply and mail or PM me your E-mail address. If Fujitsu-Siemens still doesn’t react it’s time to make a claim and get back our money (or a replacement).
