Please enter the bios area via tapping F2 on switch on and look for "Miscallaneous Configurations" Disable the Power management in the BIOS.
Save and exit the changes.

(possible Ram problem) click downloads left side. in the right Full software search box type "Diagnostics dos".
download the system diagnostics for DOS.
Its an ISO image so burn it using NERO or some free iso burner from the net....theres instruction on how to in the ZIP file along with the ISO file
Yes you can try Windows memory diagnostic tool via windows 7 but its best you do the test outside of the windows enviorement. if the DIFS (system diagnostic) comes back with an error code please call your local Fujitsu warranty desk to decode it for you.
The NetIO bug is caused by a problem in the registry. For a specific network action, NetIO.sys took a wrong value from the registry. Fixing your registry by system restore back to an earlier point should rectify but will be down to when it started happening ..... windows 7 likely gives you only a month back.
