Operating systems forum?

Postby tidda » Wed Mar 19, 2008 9:46

I am on the lookout for manuals for procedures and JCLs used for the BS2000 mainframe environment... But could not decide on which forum to post to. I saw the archives for Operating Systems. Have they been removed from the new forum board?

Hi,

yes we´ve removed the section operating system from the forum, because the topics in this section are mainly concerning on products.
Please place your question into the section "Server products". I´ve added BS2000 to the section description.

Yes, I find the fact that 'Software' or 'Operating systems' is missing a bit odd.

I bought a Scaleo P with MCE 2005. The MCE 2005 is OEM - that is, the first line support should be provided by FS not Microsoft. The fact that there is no forum suggests that FS think the OEM software they provide is the responsibility of the software provider, not them?
