PM's Remaining in Outbox

Anyone else having this problem?

I emailed Birgit, was told that the problem was solved and asked to re-submit. Did so and still have the PM in my Outbox.

It's hard to believe that a company like FSC should have IT problems like this and others of a similar nature, or maybe my perceptions of the company have been flawed and I am experiencing the real FSC!

Messages still in the Outbox mean that the message has not yet been read by the person that you have sent it to..

So really it seems that FSC are very clever people.

It's not very clever not looking at their forums where their customers discuss their issues! Or perhaps they do and just can't be bothered to help them, not very clever either IMHO.

I'm having the same problem - my message appears to be stuck in the outbox.

If - as suggested - this simply means that my message hasn't been read by the recipient, then this system is confusing at best. The usual IT approach is to move the message to the Sent box, where it is flagged as read or unread.

Could FSC kindly confirm whether or not there is a problem with sending PMs? Thanks!
