Using the Contact Form

Anyone used this facility?

There was no option for residents of one of the UK countries in the "country" drop down menu, not even UK or Gt. Britain! I chose USA simply because it's an English speaking country.

I submitted a query a few days ago and was presented with a blank screen! No "your message was sucessfully submitted" etc. I'm wondering if it's got through? It's normal for "competant" organisaitions to have at least an auto responder for this!

Not at all immpressive for an "IT" company! :roll:

GB or UK is not present in the drop-down boxes as email/web support is not offered in the UK.

So UK customers are discriminated against, there must be a relavant law for that, good customer support eh!

60p/min for telephone out of warranty support!!!

As a long standing member of the consumers association it's time for a visit to their website me thinks.

Have you ever tried contacting Microsoft for support? They charge a lot more than that.

Does that in anyway justify Fujitsu's charges?
