Does anyone know how I can get new copies of the re-installation CDs for this machine, serial no. YK6K026315? Its owner has lost them and has suffered a suspected virus attack. It would be wise for us to erase the HD and reinstall both the OS and the drivers, in the most efficient possible way. The XP PRO licence is attached to the PC.
