Error description: PC can´t boot. When pressing the start button nothing happens.
Not even the green light come on.
However the CPU fan is running (at full speed), HD is running and the CD light is blinking, so it is actually receiving power.
By removing the Battery on the motherboard and the power cord a couple of seconds it is normaly possible to "Jump start" it.
When finaly running it run great and SystemDiagnostics dosn´t find any errors.
Restart also works fine.
I have remove ALL HW step by step, but makes no difference.
Seems like i dosn't "reset" something when it is powering off. Thats the reset when the battery is removed.
Anybody got a clue?
