[P5730] Dual boot PC isn't dual boot

Hello. I purchased a dual boot PC off Play.com in March. I have been working to get a graphics card to work on it since I got it. This took about two months. When I tried to get it working it said it only ran Vista, and not XP as well (as I originally bought it for the dual boot). This was before and after I got the graphics card working. I have a disc with XP on it, but when I try to install it it says it will downgrade the PC to Vista, and I want both.

I would appreciate any help you can provide.

You didn't buy two Windows versions, you have bought only one licence which allows you to run either VISTA or XP. The XP CD you mention is no installation CD, this is a image which downgrades your VISTA to XP.

So they don't really send dual-boot machines? That's a pain. Oh well. I have XP installed on another HDD. Thanks for the help.
