Before it goes for a flying lesson onto the pile of other PCs that has built up at the back of our workshop over the years. Can anybody help, its in standard spec, new in Feb 08, and is only used for E-mail and a bit of net buying. But it dies all the time, it may run for a few hours then just shutdown and switch itself off, or it may run for a few days before doing the same.
Once died if left plugged into the mains it will switch on then off when it feels like it, sometimes very quick sometimes slowly.
The softwear man has taken it back to factory spec, after makeing sure no nasties had got in . tested it for overheating. Even run it with one of those discs that push everything to the limit with no sign of any fault.
The dealer just switched it on for a test and says that is all he will do free. Fujitsu says there is no warrenty, not very interested.
Can anyone help please
