Hi, how about your case? Is it closed already? Have you received brand new notebook or your device was repaired. Was UMTS card replaced or just some firmware updated.
We bought U772 to our company. And we have exactly the same problem Sierra WWAN sometimes is available to system and sometimes it is "recognized" as UNKNOWN DEVICE. Our notebook is brand new - out of the box and I'm not sure if to contact support and replace whole notebook or just to do some updates by myself.
