Yes you likely do since realtek only released updates direct 2 days ago. R2.68

I dont know why deskupdate doesnt work for you as ive run it on that model no problem. (you may be running some fancy firewall app or Anti virus thing)
Try serial and manualy checking driver version to whats on the fujitsu site

realtek is not problem.I need to update drivers.
