Sound judders randomly

I brought my lifebook AH530 around April this year, it was an ex display model, the only one they had left in the store.
A few weeks after i brought it there was a problem when i was playing sound from the laptop, it would stop and almost 'judder' for a couple of seconds and then just continue as normal.
It happened a few times then, but recently it occurs more often and happens most times i have sound playing. If the sound is coming from a video/movie, the picture will stop also whilst the sounds makes a stuttering/judder noise.
Any help please?!

try this: Click on start - in the search box above type MSCONFIG -> select and then from the box that pops up choose SELECTIVE STARTUP click apply and ok. Machine will restart. Please check your audio - if the same occurs go back to msconfig selecting Normal startup (to re-enable your anti virus and apps on startup)

See right hand side Deskupdate
click Automatic driver update
tick I accept the license conditions click download deskupdate
click Scan System
click install selected.

test audio again
