Fujitsu T900 - mobile broadband choice?

I live in Canada.
I want to order a LifeBook T900 from the Fujitsu Canada website:

When choosing Mobile Broadband, only "AT&T DataConnect ready (3G, HSUPA)" is offered.
I am pretty sure there is no AT&T in Canada.

Does anyone know if "AT&T DataConnect ready" would be compatible with services from Bell Mobility, or Rogers?

In my opinion, I would not order any mobile broadband and buy a USB model instead,

That way you are not stuck with any provider or laptop for that matter.
