Amilo Xa 3530 processor temperature

Hi, I was just wondering what is the avarage temp for this kind of processor? When under heavy load, mine goes to 68 C (154.4 ºF). Is it ok, or should I consider buying some kind of laptop cooling pad with extra ventilators in it?

it is about right temperature range, they do get hot when they work, you would not want to be going to much into 70 to 75
