Amilio M3438G and Windows Vista

Postby ashtod1 » Sun Feb 11, 2007 16:50

Hi All,

I am currentley running Windows Vista Home Premium on my m3438 and am pleased to say apart from a couple of driver issues it runs as smoth as ever.

The Volume wheel problem can be solved by downloading the latest XP driver from realtek and install it from the device manager using the update driver/software method.

However I am after a solution for the best Nvidia Graphics driver to use the stock windows one works ok but the fan seems to running constantley, anyone else managed to get around this and if so which driver are you using.

Many Thanks for taking the time to look :lol:

Hi

After updating the Video card bios i am using the 91 series drivers.

My fan is not on all the time only when system requires (as per XP).

Have you updated your video card bios?

Jingo - what video drivers are you using? I can't see any 91 series for Vista on laptopvideo2go.

@jingo2000
Excuse for my English!
I have the Bios version 5.41.2.3960, but the 91 series drivers do not install.
I use version 7.15.10.9748 however the exhaust constantly run.
With Everest and Rmclock also no temperature sensors are indicated!
What can I do? Are there soon FSC Vista drivers for the Amilo M3428G?
