ATI latest drivers - in this topic

I have a problem about catalysts 8.7 to 8.9. Although I want to install for my Windows XP SP3, it corrupts and say that this driver is not suitable for your operating system. Is tehre anybody faced with this kind of problem, once I had no problem and I used to install all the catalyst mobility drivers and after the 8.6, I did not install newest driver. I downloaded the drivers from this link:

The driver I downloaded indicates that it is for winxp, but I cannot install it to my mobility radeon 9700.
