At me a problem,notebooks Amilo L6825 intel R-Pentium 4 2.8GHz, 512mb, DVD-RW, 40gb.
I do not know what modem. Has reinstalled operational system, has taken from a site do not approach.

Well, it seems clear his English is not good (he apparently got his message translated by an automatic translator), but maybe you're right, he didn't read the FAQ. Could also point the particular FAQ you are talking about?

Giving a link to a page which is half English half German I don't think it's going to help him that much :?

Maybe not directly FAQ, but rather netiquette when publishing topic (>don't write "i have problem"<). Sometimes people just ignore topic like that. I didn't want to offend him, if I did, then I'm sorry. According to link I provided; by me it's displayed completely in english.
