Running wireless and wired LAN/WLAN

Hi

I understand I need to change a bios setting to enable both wired and wireless network connections to run at the same time.

DISABLE LAN-WLAN Switching in BIOS.

Where can I find this BIOS option? I looked in setup when the PC boots but it's not there.

I'm not sure, but I think it is not possible to run both adapters at the same time. What is your OS?
