Lifebook T4220 Driver Problems

Postby jorsully » Tue Oct 02, 2012 14:41

I've recently installed Windows XP Service Pack 3 Professional on my T4220 because I disliked Windows Vista.
I installed all the drivers from the Fujitsu website, but a few things don't work.
Every time I open certain programs, it says "Tablet Mismatch: Reinstall your tablet software". The program still opens, despite the error, and my tablet works fine, but it's still annoying.
Whenever I turn my computer on, I get "SetSlate returned error. FjSetSlt is exiting". I'm not sure if this harms anything.
The Fn + F7 and F8 to change brightness level don't work.
The shock sensors aren't working as well, the display isn't turning when I turn my tablet around and down.
The buttons below the display next to the power button don't work as well.

I've tried to uninstall and reinstall pretty much all the drivers, but the problems don't stop.
Any idea why these things are happening?

Run deskupdate on the fujitsu site for all driver checks http://support.ts.fujitsu.com/Download/
The machines data sheet says :
Operating System
Fujitsu Siemens Computers recommends
Microsoft® Windows® XP Professional
Operating System
Fujitsu Siemens Computers recommends
Windows Vista®
Microsoft Windows XP Professional Tablet PC Edition 2005,
Windows Vista® Business

So it should all be happy running.

The program claims everything is present and up to date, although I still have problems.

I think it has something to do with the Wacom Pen Digitizer you may need to uninstall any relevents then re-install it.
