T900 pointer moves itself and clicks without any input

Postby AssistenzaNPO » Wed Apr 11, 2012 15:37

I have a T900 laptop (p/n : cp480263-01, LNK : T900M0001 IT, s/n DSBH001243) with Windows 7 prof. SP1 x64.
For some time the pointer moves itself and clicks without any input.
The problem is the touchscreen.
I have update the Bios to 1.19 and the following drivers :
- "chipset",
- “Dual Digitizer – Multitouch”,
- “Fingerprint Sensor “,
- “Fujitsu Tablet PC Button Utility”,
but the problem remains, the only way to remove it is to disable the “tablet PC input service”.
Please Help me to solve this problem ...

Hi
Please open "Device Manager", uninstall the "Wacom Penenabled" driver (please select that the driver software should also be uninstalled) and restart the system.
After reboot, the correct driver is loaded automatically , post back if this fixes your problem.
