Unknown Medium Changer

Hello to all,

I have a RX300S2 with a FibreCAT TX24 connected to a Adaptec SCSi device.

Windows 2003 R2 Device Manager is not finding a driver for the medium changer.

I have upgraded the firmware and tried all the drivers at the download page for this hardware.

Could anyone give me a hand?

Thank you for your answer.

Still no go, even with the HP driver that you recommended.

I also tested the HP Library & Storage Tools.

Here is a print sreen of the Medium changer detection by that tool.

Hello,
it is no driver for the robotic necessary. normally the driver is implemented in the backup software, like NetWorker or ArcServe.
By using Tivoli the driver is integrated in the IBM driver.
By using ArcServe no installed driver is allowed, nor for the robotic either for the drive!

I have solved the problem!

It is true, it doesn't exist a Windows driver for the medium.

The Backup Exec 11 support's the medium but the 10d doesn't. For BackupExec 10d we need to install this patch from Symantec:
