Scaleo E - not OK

I have just returned med new Scaleo E with Microsift MCE. I have the system for 3 days, but it dosent worked well. First I could´nt connect my LCD TV with a DVI cable. Tha VGA port is standard, but at least I got it connected. Then the Media Center could´nt catch my TV channels and programguide. It fails.

Now the sound dosen´t work well.

Fujitsu-Siemens Help Desk could`t help me, so I have just returned my Scaleo E. I´m disapointed.

Have any one a solution, where I can by a Media Center that will work? I Live in Denmark.
