[Li 3745] Hard drive bay rails?

Is there a particular model of hard drive rails for holding the drive in the bay or is it a standard part I can pick up anywhere?

Hi,

you can order those easy change fixes at local FSC service partners or you can fix one disk (the right one in the HDD cage) by screws. Please notice that there are also screw holes at the bottom of the drive. When you put it in the HDD cage you will see the possibility.

Where would I find one of these "local FSC service partners"?

I like those drive rails, as it makes it very easy to put disks in and out.

That didn't seem to help much...

The closest option for "Product" seemed to be "Consumer PC (Scaleo)"... although I don't have a Scaleo.. whatever that is. None of the others were remotely correct.

All it said was "No service partner could be found in your vicinity.
Please call your local Service Desk."
