Boot Up problem

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone can suggest a solution to the followig problem.
myu computer is a scaleo p 600-pentium 3-0gb processor on Asus P5SD1-FM2-BIOS American Megatrends.

The problem i have is that sometimes when booting up i get a black screen with this message-reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key.

I have tried to get a solution from fujitsu but got reply telling me to look on the forum.This problem has been occurring more often in the past 3months and it is very annoying.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi

Sounds like the hdd hasnt spun up quick enough and gets stuck.
enter bios via F2 or Del key on switch on.
Load bios defaults and save and exit.

Thank you for your advice, much appreciate your help but it didn't solve the problem, maybe I will have to carry onputting up with it.
