I was brought a new SCALEO E as a present, and on start up all is fine but there is no audio from anywhere. SCART, Headphone, RCA, HDMI.
I contacted the UK Support team who asked for the devices serial number, well there is no serial number lable on the device, nor once the cover has been removed inside, and no support is forthcomming without the serial number. I no longer have the outer packaging the device came in (I doubt the S/N was on the outside either)
All the installed audio drivers (Philips SAA713x and Hi Def Audio Device) are installed and working correctly according to windows but still no audio out.
Mixer levels are mid way there are no mutes on the TV or Scaleo.
Could the 'team' advise what the issue is with my device is and how I can resolve.
