[SCALEO T] RE-STARTS ON SHUT DOWN

hi all, i have a scaleo T that re starts on shut down. When shuting down it appears to be going off, you hear the click as if its about to shut down, then a bios beep & the darn thing starts up again. Then it will let you shut down on the second attempt. Its not an over heat prob, as like most scaleo owners ive replaced the heat sink & fan, i also have a front suck in fan & a rear expel fan. Has anyone come across this before ??

Hmm.
Sounds like your power button is shorting out.Try checking the connection at the m\board
(MAKE SURE YOU UNPLUG IT FIRST).

thanks adamski i will check that out, but i think the problem goes deeper than that. i have recently changed the motherboard & put in a new heat sink & fan & the problem was there before i changed the motherboard. i thought it maybe due to the overheating problem i had but it still does it now my pc's running cool. thx again & any additional info would be greatly appreciated !!!
