Lost my recovery DVDs, cannot order new!

Hi there,

I lost all my recovery DVDs (and manuals) when the packaging for my home server was thrown
away during a house move.

But, I have visited the recovery DVD ordering page, and my serial number does not work,
Nor does it work to download manuals.

Anyone else have this problem?? What can be done?

the Recovery Shop on our Website is for Computers that don´t have any Recovery Media included.

Please contact the local Helpdesk.
