I would like to get a better CPU for my Motherboard and was wondering whether this one would be compatible? Athlon X2 Dual " Brisbane" 5600 65 W

At present I have Athlon X2 Dual 4600.
Also I would like tp get some more Ram. It says in hand book that it supports up to 2GB system memory with dual- channel memory. Does that mean all RAM counted together or that each module must be not more than 2GB. I was thinking to buy 2 by 2 GB modules.
In which slots would I install them in computer?
