[Scaleo T] SP2 upgrade

Have November 2004 build Scaleo T 2.8 P4 GA-8SGXP mB F 5 bios . memory upgraded to 1gb. Tried 3 times to install SP2 upgrade. PC crashed twice towards end of upgrade and hung once. Any suggestions, comments etc which might result in successful upgrade?

Do you have any install log?

There appears to be no install log but about 20 log files round about the dates of the attempted upgrade, none of which I can see refer to the failed updates
