Scaleo P PD945 0 1280MB P5sd2-FM/S, Bios update problem?

I have a Scaleo P PD945 0 1280MB with p5sd2-fm/s motherboard.
I have downloaded and installed the new bios (0403 version) last week.
All seemed to be fine in the update process. But from then windows XP has become unstable and now i have got a lot of files with CRC errors.

I have updated de bios a couple of time more. And the problem still arise.

I have executed the Microsoft Memory Test program and i've got a lot of memory problems in LRAND test. If i disable cache in the test, i've got no errors. So i think it is not a problem with RAM sticks.

I am thinking more in a problem with motherboard due to update. Indeed i think that the new bios doesn't support my CPU.

Anyone has updated the bios too? Same problem?

I would really apppreciate if someone could pass me:
- Bios older version
- The bios set-up parameters (CPU, Chipset, Memory) just to check (i use default values)

Any suggestion wil be welcome.

You didn't find any older BIOS versions for your computer on the list at the download section on Fujitsu-Siemens' support site (after writing the serial number of your computer in the search field and then mark what OS you have and what kind of files you're after)?

No, there is just the last version (0403).

How about searching for one on the WWW using google?

I've tried, but it is a motherboard made by Asus for Fujitsu-Siemens.
Indeed, i've asked ASUS and they said me that only FSC can provide me that BIOS.

I have contacted FSC support, but they are not too fast. I hope next week they contact me with an answer, but i am not very optimistic.
