USB NOT WORKING ON SCALEO P AT ALL

HELP, MY USB INPUTS ARE NOT WORKING AT ALL, NEITHER ON THE FRONT NOR AT THE BACK, DEVICE MANAGER CLAIMS THEY ARE INSTALLED PROPERLY YET WEN I CONNECT A DEVICE NOTHING HAPPENS, I DONT GET A DETECTION OR ANYTHING.
PLEASE HELP

Is this a new pc. Or have you disconnected it all and redone it. If so the usb cables have to be in the same ports as they were before in order for the device to be picked up.

Well, its a new cpu, and ive changed nothing on the board wat-so-ever, yet, wen i had a power supply problem the engineer fitted a new motherbaord, and im thinking he must have put the wires in the wrong place or something.
