Hello :)

Please provide the log from affected Eternus system:

1. Log in to the system using root user account.
2. Go to System tab.
3. From Category pane on the left choose Event/Dump.
4. From Action pane choose Export/Delete Log

5. Make sure that in Export Option Specify Time Range is set-up to “No” and Log File Size is “Non-segmentation”.
6. Click Export and wait until the log will be created.

Click “Download” button and save the log file.

Please e-mail user.forum@ts.fujitsu.com if need to share sensitive data.

Hello :)

There is only one volume: DWSRV-Backup
It seems, that this volume was expanded by concatening:
SLU Count : 0x02
SLU(s) : 0x0000 0x0002

Therefore, no raid-group can be deleted, each raid-group contains on of these SLUs.

So if data is not important (as stated in attached mail), delete this volume. Afterwards, delete raid-groups and create a new raid-group (merging raid groups is not possible, or I do not understand what customer intends to do).
