Hello to All,
i recently changed a broken disk and while it was supposed to rebuild the data and then switch from Broken to Normal state, that didn't happen even though the led on storage for faulty disks is no longer lightening.
Any suggestion please on what could have happened? am i missed something?

  • If you go into the DX Web GUI what does it show for the RAID Group and for the disk?
  • Is the replacement disk an approved Fujitsu ETERNUS disk?
  • Are there any messages in the event log that might give a clue?
