We recently had to change the IP address of the management ports on a DX200 and a DX100. After doing so, we were no longer able to ping the new IP or access the management GUI. It was a simple IP address change. When I go in via the RMT port all the settings are correct.
On the switch side of things everything is good. Connect anything else to the same port the DX200 or DX100 were plugged in to and there is connectivity.
Does any one know what's going on here?
