DX200 Raid information

Postby davyp74 » Wed Mar 15, 2017 9:51

Hi,
I'm a newbie.
I've a Eternus dx200s3 and I built a raid 10 with 12 disk sas 1,2Gb from an enclosure.
Performance is not the good. Looking a doc, I've read that the raid 10 should be built with x8 disks (8-16-24...) Why? Can I built a raid 10 with 20 disks?
Can I add disks to a raid 10? What's the impact on the applications during rebuild?

Thanks

:!: Hi,

LG
