Can't find DX410 S2 firmware at support.ts.fujitsu/Download

Hello dear all.
Need to update firmware on our Eternus DX410 S2 storage, but can't find it in on http://support.ts.fujitsu.com/Download/ShowFiles.asp:

Only Release Notes PDF file for V10L56 firmware version..

With other products (for example - DX90) there is no such issue..

For Midrange models of ETERNUS DX 410/440 S1/S2 and 500/600 S3 there is no FW file available for open downloading, you should open an SR and support will provide it to you with one-time download link. Hope you solved your issue already, so just posting for anybody else.
