My Storagebird does not work. I bought it in March and the box says " comes with over 90 Pounds worth of free software" not all of that worked even from the start. The box also shows an installation Disk which was not with the package at all.
The dealer I got it from did not answer my emails although he says he did not get them.
I still have the problem that this does not work. Do I need a software disk? or what.
I have several other hard disk storage devices fortunately and only bought this for the size and the price.
It will be false economy on my part if it does not work and reflect badly on the company.
Any help appreciated from Fujitsu please.
