Fujitsu DX80 S2 root password

Hi Support,

I have purchase an eternus dx80 from an external supplier.
It starts and works fine but. i am not enable to login webgui .
The default user and password should be root/root but it doesn't work.
I have also tried f.ce/<check code><Serial Number> but it doesn't work too
Therefore I am stuck and cannot seem to be able to reset the root or f.ce password.
In this forum, i have also read that you can provide an OTP code
my check code is CL
my Serial is 4511245A75
Can you provide an OTP code ?

Thank you for contacting Fujitsu.

Initialization of the factory user accounts ''root'' and ''f.ce'' to the default settings.

• (1) Switch on "Maintenance Mode"
• (2) All management LAN ports (RMT and MNT) must be uncabled, means "link
Down"
• (3) Push down the Function Button five times within three seconds
• The Master LED lights green to indicate the Master CM
• (4) Switch off "Maintenance Mode"

Thanks for the providing the instructions. How do put the system into maintenance mode when I can't even log into it ?

Hello

To toggle the system status between "Maintenance" and "Normal":

• Keep the Function Button pushed for three seconds
• The MNT LED lights green when the system is in Maintenance mode
• The MNT LED is off when the system is in Normal mode

Hi Support,

Attempted to follow the stated procedure and was able to enable Maintenance mode. Then pressing the function button 5 times within 3 seconds to reset user settings but it hasn't worked. The LED isn't flashing for a few seconds which its supposed to if the procedure was successful.
Tried the procedure several times with MAINT turned ON but no luck unfortunately.
What else can be done ?

Also by pressing the function button few times already - all the LEDs on the enclosure are dead. Shut the system down completely, removed the power supplies and plugged them back in but LEDs still aren't firing up and neither am I able to reset the user settings by pressing the func button 5 times in 3 seconds.

Please assist.
