We have a DX100 with a broken disk and another working but with a predictive failure warning

the broken one has the role of Global Hot Spare. I am not yet very familiar with Fujitsu storage and have doubts about the procedure, which I believe it is as follows:
- Log in using the maintenance user
Set maintenance mode on
Release Hot Spare (the broken disk)
Click on "Remove disk"
Physically extract the disk and insert the replacement
Check if the new disk is recognized and set it as Global Hot Spare
Am I right? something missing?
