[T830] opened package

I purchased a new T830 from a known shop.
When I got home I found out that the PDA box was opend including all programs and applications - installation discs were all ready installed on the PDA.
My question is, if it suppose to be like that, that the shop make these installation on the new PDA or the box supposed to be close and I need to make it at home?

In any case I never asked them to open the box and / or to make any installations.

Not quire sure why you mean by this. The PDA comes with the base OS preinstalled - indeed I don't think the customer can install it themselves.

However, I think that the box should normally be sealed.

In that case, you should insist on a brand-new, sealed T830.

I buy my T830 a month ago from UK and the box was not opened.
