LOOX T830 booting problrm

I have a booting problem with my LOOX T830
when I restarted my PDA , it gave me a white screen, and if you try calling to the PDA you still hear the ringing tone but the pda doesn't ring.
I have restarted many time but still facing the same problem ,
I have even tried removing the external mem but no progress...
any help

When you say "restarted" - did you do a soft reset? If so, I'd suggest trying a hard reset, and seeing if that helps. Bear in mind, though, that you will wipe all data on your device.

This is a just a soft reset, in the same way as pressing the reset slot in the back of the device (next to the red battery clip).

Hard reset: press and hold stylus tip in reset slot; press and hold "End call" button. Wait until device has booted and shows reset menu, then release red button and then reset switch.
