SAS drives not working

Hello,

I have a Fujitsu Primergy mx1330 M3 server with one backplane with 4 slots.
When I insert SAS drives, the error lights in the harddrives flashes and the drives are not vissable in the LSI software RAID Configuration Utility. I don't have this problem with SATA SSD's.

I think that something is wrong with the SAS firmware and I think I should install this firmware:
https://support.ts.fujitsu.com/IndexDownload.asp?Softwareguid=3DD4E151-C10E-4335-A37E-4AEFD307B22C however, I don't know how to install this firmware.

Does anybody can help me? Thank you.

For SAS drives you need SAS RAID controller which onboard RAID controller is NOT.
Onboard controller support only SATA drives.

I tought that the onboard raidcontroller supported SAS drives. I will look for a SAS raid controller.
