RX2530m2 LEDs

Hi,

I have RX2530m2, after adding to working server CPU2 with memory server doesn't boot anymore
removing the CPU2 and memory doesnt change it server still doesn't boot
On the motherboad undocumented Orange LED near the Microchip PIC controller is ON
actualy there ara two LEDS side by side green one located on frot side is OFF

What this LEDs mean?
from iRMC log

I tried with diffrent PSs result the same
If the second CPU is broken can it destroy the motherboard? PS and the first CPU?
i'm in doubt, but what is your experience?
